The Story Behind Miss Possible

Miss Possible was born out of a deep desire to help people and a heartfelt vision to make digital marketing and outsourcing more accessible and affordable for business owners everywhere. It all started in 2010, when I began working as a General Virtual Assistant for an entrepreneur. I wore many hats, from admin, customer service, social media marketing to SEO, and although the work was challenging, it was a priceless experience. It opened my eyes to just how complex the digital world was becoming—and how much support businesses truly needed. I also recognised that not all businesses could afford to hire full-time experts for every specialization. This led me to a crucial insight: "A jack of all trades is a master of none." While versatility has its merits, true success demands mastery in each discipline.

In 2014, I joined an Australian outsourcing company based in Melbourne and Manila, and that’s when I saw the real issue: expecting one person to manage all aspects of digital marketing and virtual assistance wasn’t just unrealistic—it led to subpar results and a rotating recruitment door. Digital marketing is complex, and to truly thrive, businesses need specialists for each area. But the reality is, the hefty rates of digital marketing and outsourcing packages make it difficult for many small to medium-sized businesses to afford this kind of support. Full-time experts for every role just aren’t within reach for many growing companies, and it was clear something had to change.

I realised I wanted to create a better solution—not just for business owners, but for skilled professionals as well. So in 2018, I took a leap and founded Miss Possible. I built a team of Digital Marketing and Virtual Assistance specialists, each an expert in their field, to provide businesses with top-quality digital marketing and virtual assistance—at reasonable package rates that entrepreneurs could finally afford.

Our innovative approach didn’t just allow businesses to succeed without breaking the bank—it also created meaningful jobs for talented people around the world. For me, it was never just about business. It was about making a difference in people's lives, both for the clients who needed help growing their dreams and the skilled professionals who were looking for fulfilling work.

With years of experience working in various industries and countries, I understood the importance of bridging the gap between high-quality service and affordability. With a proven track record in virtual assistance and digital marketing since 2015, Jenina specialises in crafting impactful strategies tailored to meet the unique needs of businesses across industries and geographies.

As the former Brand Development Manager of an award-winning UK company, Jenina combines her expertise in traditional marketing with a passion for innovation, helping clients transform their ideas into actionable results. Her journey began with the establishment of a successful nail salon business, which she has managed autonomously since 2012, and has since expanded to helping entrepreneurs and managing global marketing campaigns.

At Miss Possible Pro, Jenina leads a team dedicated to delivering world-class solutions. From developing comprehensive marketing strategies to supporting business growth with virtual assistance, Jenina’s approach focuses on efficiency, creativity, and measurable results.

With a background in Marketing Management (BA Hons) from Northumbria University, Jenina’s expertise extends to launching products through social media marketing, managing digital projects, and redefining the customer experience. Whether she’s working with small businesses or large enterprises, her goal is to empower brands to focus on core activities while Miss Possible takes care of the rest.

When she’s not working, Jenina enjoys listening to music, indulging in day spa experiences, exploring new destinations, and savouring the little joys of life, from body scrubs to candles.
